In conjunction with the National Coalition for Infant Health, this panel will discuss the ways that the federal government can raise the public’s awareness of the benefits of clinical trials. Attendees will hear from diverse stakeholders including patients, advocates, providers, and policymakers. Through robust conversation, the panel will highlight specific ways that the government can address low participation in clinical trials through the creation of public-private partnerships. Registration has closed. Check in at the Senate Appointments Desk on the lower level of CVC upon arrival, to gain entry to the meeting space.

CCTA will facilitate an online forum focusing on the role of digital media in raising the public’s awareness about the benefits of clinical trials. All stakeholders interested in clinical trials awareness and participation are invited to participate.
